Job summary

AES Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Workplace Endpoint to join the US Renewables Digital team. You will help deliver secure, modern endpoint experiences across the organization, supporting endpoint management, device configuration, deployment, security, automation, and continuous improvement aligned with AES standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or related technical role.
• Experience with endpoint management technologies, deployment, packaging, automation, scripting, or enterprise standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Group Policy, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, administer, and support endpoint technologies (OS, apps, security, device management).
• Support Microsoft endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, packaging, compliance, policy).
• Create/maintain software deployment packages and automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Support endpoint security: patching, encryption, compliance, vulnerability remediation, collaboration with Cyber Security teams.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, deployment, and user experience issues; provide advanced user support.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support collaboration tech (Teams Rooms, Logitech).
• Evaluate requests and recommend solutions aligned to security and standards.
• Develop/maintain SOPs and knowledge base; identify opportunities to improve performance and automation.
