Job summary

AES Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Workplace Endpoint to join the US Renewables Digital team. You will help deliver secure, reliable, and modern endpoint experiences, overseeing endpoint management, device configuration, application deployment, and security enhancements across the organization.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, vendors, and stakeholders, expanding expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise-scale digital workplace technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or related technical roles.
• Experience with endpoint management technologies, deployment processes, automation, scripting, or enterprise endpoint standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, administer, and support endpoint technologies (OS, apps, security tools, device management).
• Support Microsoft endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Autopilot, policy deployment).
• Create and maintain software deployment packages and automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Support endpoint security initiatives including patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, deployment, device management, and user experience issues.
• Provide advanced support for business users and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support collaboration technologies and meeting room solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech).
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve endpoint performance and automation.
• Contribute to modernization projects of the Digital Workplace environment.
