Job summary

MSA Professional Services is seeking a Senior Endpoint Automation Engineer to modernize how technology is delivered and managed across the organization.

You will design, automate, secure, and manage the endpoint ecosystem across on‑premises and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure. This role supports zero/low-touch provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management for a growing workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Science/Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain endpoint automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Administer and optimize endpoint technologies including Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, PDQ, and JAMF.
• Build and maintain PowerShell scripts, automated workflows, and patch management for onboarding, offboarding, and migrations.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, compliance, and security; troubleshoot and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with Security and Data Governance to incorporate best practices into endpoint solutions.
• Research and implement emerging endpoint management technologies to improve security and efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint and device management issues.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and stakeholders to identify recurring challenges and drive automation.
• Develop technical documentation and provide training on endpoint tooling and processes.
• Lead projects modernizing endpoint infrastructure and adoption of new solutions.
