Zusammenfassung

SmithRx is seeking a Staff Endpoint Engineer to act as the technical authority for our enterprise endpoint infrastructure, vendor ecosystem, and IT asset strategy in Plano, TX. You will define multi-year roadmaps, align vendor integrations, and architect zero-touch, modern management at scale.

In a security-first environment, you will set standards for Windows and mixed-OS fleets, design cloud workspace strategies, and mentor teams to ensure HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Deep architectural expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft EntraID, Intune, dynamic groups, conditional access strategies, and zero-touch Autopilot deployments at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic vendor partnerships and onboarding frameworks.
• Proven experience architecting, deploying, and governing CloudPC/AVD or VDI environments.
• Advanced scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python) with REST APIs and iPaaS.
• Experience designing end-to-end asset governance and SaaS portfolio management.
• Extensive experience in HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure.

• Lead the strategic design, governance, and optimization of EntraID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
