SmithRx in Plano, TX is seeking a visionary Staff Systems Engineer to serve as the architectural authority for our enterprise endpoint infrastructure, vendor ecosystem, and IT asset strategy. You will define the multi-year technology roadmap for endpoints, drive vendor integrations, and shape zero-touch, modern management at scale.

This security-first, compliance-driven role partners with executive leadership, Security, and Compliance to ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 alignment, builds robust IAM

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Mastery of Microsoft stack including EntraID, Intune, and Autopilot at scale.
• Experience managing strategic vendor partnerships and onboarding frameworks.
• Expertise architecting CloudPC/AVD or VDI environments for remote workforces.
• Advanced scripting with PowerShell and Python; REST API integrations.
• Designs end-to-end asset governance and SaaS portfolio management.
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001).
• Executive-level communication and ability to present to C-level stakeholders.

• Next-Gen Endpoint Management: lead design of EntraID, Intune, Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning.

• Virtual Workspace Governance: govern CloudPC/AVD and remote environments with secure access.
• Automation & Integration: architect scalable automation for identity lifecycles and remediations.
• Mentorship & Standards: set architecture standards and mentor IT teams.
