Job summary

Trilon is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own and evolve our workplace endpoint ecosystem across Windows, Apple devices, Teams Rooms, and enterprise printers. You will shape standards, architecture, and automation to deliver a secure, scalable, zero-touch experience for employees and partner firms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of endpoint management, including hands-on responsibility for thousands of endpoints through Intune and Autopilot.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and ability to influence peers without formal reporting authority.
• Expert-level experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID device management, Windows 11, and endpoint policy architecture.
• Experience packaging and delivering Win32 applications and patch automation; PSADT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture, design reviews, and practical guidance.
• Establish platform priorities, service ownership, standards, cross-training, and an executable roadmap.
• Own enterprise management of Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices via Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Define operating boundaries and handoffs between Service Delivery, Field Support, and this role for systemic issues.
