SCA Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Endoscopy role. You will develop and implement perioperative care plans, protect patients from injuries, ensure safe operation of endoscopy equipment, and advocate for patient safety throughout the procedure.

Requirements include current state RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable, and GI/OR/med-surg nursing experience. This is an on-site position with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to contribute to quality patient

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure in good standing with the state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Protect patient from injury from objects, chemicals, electrical, mechanical and thermal sources.
• Demonstrate safe equipment operation and report unsafe situations.
• Advocate for patient safety and communicate status to care team.
• Administer medications safely using correct rights and procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and follow Universal Protocol.
