Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an End User Training Lead to guide the learning portfolio and ensure employees have the skills to use mission-critical systems in a federal IT environment.

The role leads needs assessment, aligns objectives with business goals, and prioritizes programs that drive adoption of new tools. It also mentors trainers, manages travel, and steers change-management activities for new applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in training and development, including 4–6 years as trainer on technical projects and 0–2+ years in management.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications with needs assessments and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission‑critical systems, including needs assessment and roadmaps.
• Design and oversee blended training programs to drive adoption for diverse user groups.
• Mentor a team of trainers and coordinate travel and delivery schedules.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of training materials such as lesson plans and guides.
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
