Job summary

Accelya is seeking an experienced IT End User Support specialist to join our hybrid Miami-based team. You will install and maintain end-user hardware and software, manage user accounts, and resolve escalations across a large multi-national network.

You will collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Enterprise Apps teams to ensure rapid issue resolution. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in end-user support, deep Windows and M365 expertise, and ITIL-driven service culture.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in end-user IT support within a large, multi-national environment.
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, AD and M365 products.
• Experience with patch management and incident/problem tracking in ITSM.
• Expertise with hardware, peripherals, and enterprise software support.
• Strong communication and security/privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain end-user hardware and software.
• Provide ITIL-aligned service delivery and VIP support functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues across devices.
• Manage user accounts, profiles and access controls; assist with migrations.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Enterprise Apps teams to resolve escalations.
• Document solutions and create KB articles for common problems.
• Support AV conferencing and live streaming deployments as needed.
• Assist with AI-assisted automation and self-service IT initiatives.
