Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Miamisburg, Ohio is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver secure, reliable technology for employees. You will manage devices, apps, and collaboration tools across the endpoint lifecycle, with hands-on work in Windows 11, Intune, and Teams.

You'll provision devices, apply security baselines, and provide end-user support while partnering with IT colleagues to improve processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, endpoint administration, IT support, or related area.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune or a similar endpoint management platform.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience installing, testing, supporting, or deploying business applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established technology, security, and documentation standards.
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a collaborative IT team.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and day-to-day operations of Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management platforms.
• Provision and configure Windows 11 devices using established deployment standards and procedures.
• Assist with application packaging, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Apply and monitor endpoint security baselines, configuration standards, and compliance policies.
• Monitor endpoint health and compliance and troubleshoot or escalate exceptions as appropriate.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference rooms, and related workplace technologies.
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other collaboration and productivity services.
• Support hardware lifecycle activities including device provisioning, deployment, replacement, recovery, and inventory management.
• Assist with endpoint automation and self-service initiatives that improve the employee technology experience.
• Troubleshoot endpoint hardware, software, configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, endpoint standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with other IT teams to resolve issues and continuously improve end-user technology services.
