Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years in cross-cultural, multinational end-user support in a large network.
- Strong knowledge of M365 and AD technologies with focus on end-user devices.
- Experience in ITSM ticketing systems and incident lifecycle management.
- Ability to document, track and resolve incidents and provide KBs.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware, OS, and applications for end users.
- Provide escalation-free support following ITIL processes and track incidents.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software faults and network issues across devices.
- Support AV, video conferencing, VPN, and remote access tooling.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Apps teams on outages.
- Lead change implementations and document solutions for future incidents.
