Job summary

Accelya in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver end-user computing services in a hybrid environment. You will configure devices, manage accounts, and resolve hardware/software issues across Microsoft 365, AD, and VPN, while coordinating with Security and Service Desk teams.

You’ll handle incidents end-to-end, document resolutions, and contribute to KBs. A strong ITIL background and several years of relevant experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in end user support in a large, multi-national network environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365 and AD technologies.
• Experience in hardware, peripherals and enterprise software support.
• Experience in ITSM ticketing systems and incident tracking.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure end user devices, software, and profiles.
• Provide ITIL-based support and resolve incidents with timely communication.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Support AV Conferencing and Live Meeting streaming.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Applications teams to resolve escalations.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to improvements in IT service delivery processes.
