Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Mortgage Technology seeks a client-facing Elevated Engineer to deliver, optimize, and stabilize enterprise mortgage solutions. Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS or mortgage clients.
• 5+ years of hands-on Encompass experience.
• Background as Encompass Administrator, Consultant, Customer Support, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of the loan lifecycle from origination through delivery.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills translating tech to business terms.
• Organization, prioritization and project management capabilities.
• Ownership mindset for high-pressure, SLA-driven environments.
• Collaborative, continuous-improvement oriented team player.

Responsabilidades

• Drive resolution of complex production issues, with escalation and root cause analysis.
• Serve as primary escalation point for high-impact client issues.
• Act as trusted advisor across ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, APIs, and integrations.
• Guide clients through adoption of new products and transformational initiatives.
• Advise on optimal utilization and oversee client service requests.
• Lead workflow optimization discussions to improve funding and delivery accuracy.
• Inform clients about new features and support roadmap implementations.
• Support configuration and troubleshoot Encompass workflows, forms, and rules.
• Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and ICE teams.
