Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. seeks an Elevated Engineer to deliver, stabilize, and optimize ICE Mortgage Technology solutions for enterprise lenders.

You will resolve complex production issues, lead cross-functional teams, and guide clients through platform optimization, integrations, and transformation efforts across the mortgage lifecycle. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS or mortgage clients.
• 5+ years of hands-on Encompass experience.
• Background as Encompass Administrator, Consultant, or Customer Support.
• Deep understanding of the loan lifecycle from origination through delivery.
• Ability to act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate tech to business language.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management.
• Ownership mindset in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of complex production issues, including escalation management, root cause analysis, and knowledge transfer.
• Serve as primary escalation point for high-impact client issues.
• Act as trusted technical advisor across ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, APIs, and integrations.
• Guide clients through adoption of new products and transformations.
• Advise on optimal utilization and product roadmaps.
• Oversee client service requests and escalation management when needed.
• Lead workflow optimization discussions to reduce funding turn times and improve investor delivery accuracy.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of Encompass workflows, forms, fields, and business rules.
