Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Enablement Consultant to act as a strategic authority bridging Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services.

You will design, deliver, and scale technical enablement programs that empower internal teams, partners, and customers to maximize platform adoption and value realization across Talkdesk AI, Advanced Dialer, and integrations. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Enablement, or Solutions Architecture in an enterprise SaaS environment.
Direct experience with Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS), Customer Experience platforms, or Enterprise Telephony.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

Responsibilities

Develop deep technical and functional expertise across the Talkdesk platform, focusing on Talkdesk AI and omnichannel routing.
Lead enablement workstreams during complex customer implementations, including requirements gathering and UAT frameworks.
Create repeatable enablement frameworks and scalable training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Partner with Product/Engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable roadmaps and improvements.
