Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a founding AI Deployment Strategist to own end-to-end customer engagements, from discovery to deployment and value realization. You will act as a trusted AI thought leader, guiding executives and designing transformative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

This role blends strategy, sales, consulting, and hands-on engineering. You will design and deploy AI agents, build playbooks, and partner with our engineering teams on complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or Product Management.
• A consultative AI expertise and ability to act as an AI thought leader for customers.
• Strong track record delivering results in ambiguity with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery to deployment and value realization.
• Act as primary technical advisor and consultant; run workshops and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Design, build, and iterate on AI agents; collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering on integrations.
• Develop playbooks, best practices, and scalable processes for AI deployment.
• Identify high-impact use cases with measurable business value; drive customer growth.
• Provide voice of the customer to shape product and engineering direction.
