We Are Legal Revolution seeks an experienced Employment Litigation and Counselling attorney to join our national practice. The role focuses on complex employment matters, drafting pleadings, managing depositions, and guiding clients through hearings and settlements, with exposure to strategic decision-making.

The candidate will work remotely from Florida, utilize cutting-edge legal tech, and have opportunities for partnership as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar admission or prompt route to admission.
• Six+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong employment litigation background with state and federal court exposure.
• Experience handling dispositive motions and discovery management.
• Excellent research, writing, and strategic-analysis abilities.
• Able to manage sophisticated matters independently.
• Willingness to work from West Palm Beach office five days per week.
• Interest in using AI and emerging technology in practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex employment litigation and counseling matters.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Advise employers and employees on workplace disputes and risk.
• Handle executive compensation, restrictive-covenant and separation matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and communicate with clients.
