We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Senior Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney to lead a team in a 100% remote role. Based around single-plaintiff employment matters, you will shape strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and oversee the lifecycle from intake through trial.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in employment law with a focus on single plaintiff or class actions, a track record of leadership, and the ability to manage complex PAGA and wage-and-hour disputes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of employment law experience, focused on single plaintiff or class actions
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior attorneys

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling single-plaintiff employment litigation
• Oversee case lifecycle from intake to litigation
• Supervise pleadings, motions, discovery, and filings
• Mentor staff and coordinate with firm leadership to improve performance
