We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential Texas-based law firm, seeks an Employment Associate for a fully remote role handling employer-side counseling and litigation. You will engage in pleadings, discovery, hearings, and investigations while developing broad expertise in workplace issues.

The position offers hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and long-term growth within a professional environment that emphasizes collaboration and client-service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employment law experience (litigation and/or counseling).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal writing, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment.
• Client-service mindset, professionalism, and a long-term growth orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support employment litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and hearing preparation
• Assist with workplace investigations, internal reviews, and counseling on day-to-day employment issues
• Work on wage and hour and discrimination-related disputes and related risk assessments
• Contribute to labor and employment advisory matters, including employee benefits and labor relations issues as needed
• Assist with employment-based immigration matters (employment visas) where applicable to client needs
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with internal teams to drive matters forward efficiently
