Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Austin is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of experience to handle high-stakes matters on lean teams, with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility on complex disputes, all in a fully remote setting. You will work on both plaintiff and defense matters, draft pleadings, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and advise on compliance and risk.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Dispositive motions and discovery management experience.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Texas employment law and civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters with increasing independence.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and substantive briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions and support hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
• Advise employers and employees on employment disputes, compliance and risk.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support internal employment assessments.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and agency representatives.
• Take ownership of key workstreams and contribute to case strategy.
