State of Maryland - DHS - Baltimore City DSS is seeking an Employee Training Specialist II to coordinate onboarding, design training curricula, and manage learning programs for approximately 1,500 employees at the Baltimore City Department of Social Services Office of Learning.

You will administer training via Workday Learning, monitor completion, and evaluate outcomes to drive continuous improvement and ensure staff readiness for service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Six years of experience planning and conducting employee development and training.
• Experience designing and delivering training materials and instruction.

• Designs, develops, updates, and implements training and staff development activities for agency employees.
• Coordinates new employee orientation, onboarding, and new worker training.
• Administers employee learning activities through Workday Learning and tracks completion.
