Silver Spring Foods Inc is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to assist the L&D Manager in planning, developing, implementing, and administering training for employees. The role includes scheduling, tracking, and delivering training with a focus on onboarding and ongoing learning.

We value collaboration with leaders and staff to identify development needs and maintain compliant training records while promoting engagement and our company culture in Eau Claire, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary education or related experience in HR, training, or business administration, 1–3 years preferred.
• Experience supporting employee training and onboarding processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
