Job summary

PsiQuantum is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and People teams, ensuring fair and legally compliant practices while protecting culture and reducing risk. You will lead complex workplace investigations, shape scalable ER frameworks, and partner with executives on high-stakes issues.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, policy design, performance management guidance, and data-driven ER insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of employee relations, employment law, HR, or investigations experience.
• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
• Demonstrated success handling complex, high-risk investigations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on sensitive employee relations issues.
• Provide risk assessments and recommended actions aligned with company values and law.
• Identify systemic risks and proactive solutions.
• Lead investigations (harassment, discrimination, misconduct) with rigor and neutrality.
• Design and maintain ER policies and compliance with employment laws.
• Advise on performance management, terminations, and exit processes.
• Collaborate with data teams to track ER trends and provide executive reporting.
• Develop manager training and scalable ER toolkits.
