• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and People teams on sensitive employee relations issues.
• Lead and document complex workplace investigations with rigor and neutrality.
• Design and maintain ER policies, procedures, and frameworks ensuring compliance.
• Advise on performance management, discipline, terminations, and exits; support high-risk exits.
• Provide executive-level reporting and analytics on ER trends and risks.
