Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to support a growing California workforce. You will lead investigations, advise on policy implementation, and drive compliance initiatives across our People team.

The role requires 5+ years in ER or HR with strong understanding of US labor laws, including CA-specific requirements. Expect collaboration with Legal, Security, EH&S and People Business Partners in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR degree a plus.
• 5+ years in employee relations or HR with complex investigations.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, EEO, ADA and other US employment laws; experience with CA workforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations concerns.
• Conduct prompt, impartial investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage whistleblower hotline, data reporting and trend analysis.
• Develop, implement and administer HR policies and procedures; train managers.
• Support compliance reporting (EEO-1, pay transparency) and training initiatives.
