Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline; 4+ years in related field (Alternative combinations allowed).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Direct experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and employment laws.
• Ability to influence, communicate, and build credibility with all levels of staff.
• Coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data and trends for decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work 100% remotely with periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and investigations.
• Perform and document investigations per ER guidelines.
• Partner with ER, People Leaders, HRBPs, Legal, and other departments on resolutions.
• Champion compliance by interpreting policies and educating stakeholders.
• Own ER cases in case management or Ethics Hotline, documenting findings.
• Analyze ER trends to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Promote a positive ER climate with HR Partners.
• Assist with data gathering for legal complaints and charges.
