Hyundai Capital America, based in Plano, seeks an experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to independently handle complex cases, conduct investigations, and advise leaders on performance and compliance. This role partners with Legal, HRBPs, and business leaders to reduce risk and improve processes.

The position requires 8+ years in employee relations, strong consulting skills, and the ability to influence across a multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive employee relations, HR, or equivalent experience.
• Experience advising managers, HRBPs, Legal, and leaders on employee relations and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Provide advanced guidance on performance management, corrective action, and workplace conduct.
• Develop manager education, templates, and guidance for consistent people management.
• Prepare reports and insights for HR leadership.
• Support policy updates, audits, and process improvements.
• Balance employee support with business needs and compliance.
