• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years HR experience in employee relations.
• Significant organizational knowledge across HR disciplines.

• Coach managers and employees on performance management and corrective action processes.
• Investigate employee and regulatory complaints and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Develop and revise bank-wide policies; participate in EEOC/Human Rights investigations.
• Lead complex investigations; oversee progressive discipline and workforce restructuring.
