Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group seeks an Employee Relations Manager to advise on complex ER matters across retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices. You will review disciplinary actions, conduct investigations, and provide policy-driven recommendations to leadership and partners.

You will gather information, analyze data, and collaborate with legal counsel when appropriate, identifying trends and coaching management to prevent conflicts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee relations or investigations.
• Experience supporting a multi-site, diverse workforce including hourly staff, distribution center personnel, and corporate professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to remain objective, untangle complex interpersonal situations, and make sound judgments.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders as a trusted resource.

Responsibilities

• Investigate misconduct and disciplinary action requests.
• Review and provide risk-insulated, policy-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Gather data, records and evidence to support investigative reports.
• Partner with management to resolve ER issues and coach staff.
• Identify trends and root causes of workplace conflict and propose training or policy updates.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
