Adyen is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead investigations and advise leadership on employment law in North America. This role reports to the Head of Employment Legal and Employee Relations and focuses on improving processes, policy updates, and training for managers.

You will conduct intake interviews, collect evidence, determine credibility, document findings, and ensure policy compliance. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an Employee Relations or Employment Legal role.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and regulations across North America.
• Excellent communication skills with handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage internal investigations from intake to conclusion.
• Conduct intakes and interviews, weigh evidence, and assess credibility.
• Draft factual findings and recommendations aligned with policies and law.
• Provide debriefings to leadership and maintain thorough documentation.
• Develop ER and Employment Legal initiatives, improve processes, and policy updates.
• Deliver training for managers and staff on respectful conduct and complaint resolution.
• Support HR Partners with employee relations matters and trend analysis.
• Travel up to 15% as needed for business requirements.
