Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a senior Employee Relations Investigator to independently lead sensitive investigations into harassment, discrimination and other workplace concerns. You will design plans, interview stakeholders, analyze evidence, and deliver thorough reports while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role supports the US Head of Employee Relations and collaborates with Legal and HR partners across locations. A hybrid work setup with domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR with Employee Relations focus.
• At least 7 years conducting employee relations investigations.
• Strong knowledge of investigation methodologies and interviewing.
• Familiar with Federal, State and local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct sensitive investigations into employment issues and policy violations.
• Develop investigation plans, interview parties and witnesses.
• Review evidence and provide objective findings with corrective-action options.
• Document investigations with clear, detailed reports.
• Manage caseload, meet deadlines and communicate timelines.
