Adyen is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Investigations Counsel to lead and manage internal investigations in North America. You will advise leadership and the People Team, ensuring thorough, timely, and quality investigation outcomes that support a respectful workplace.

As a Senior Employee Relations Investigations Counsel, you will be a member of the Employment Legal and Employee Relations team responsible for leading and managing neutral, timely, and thorough investigations to ensure a respectful and safe workplace. You will diligently investigate allegations of policy violations including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and interference with protected activity.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Leadership and the People Team, using your expertise in investigations and HR best practices. You will lead and contribute to projects which positively impact the workplace. Your work will directly support our commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive culture for all employees. This is an expert-level individual contributor role that reports to the Head of Employment Legal and Employee Relations.
You will be required to work from Adyen’s office at least 3 days per week with at least 1 in-office day being a Monday or Friday.
