Job summary

Visitlive seeks a Senior Employee Relations Investigator to lead HR investigations in a fast-paced environment in Baltimore, MD, or adjacent locations. You will prepare findings, present at stakeholder meetings, and drive policy creation to mitigate risk.

Candidates should have 8–10+ years of employee relations experience, SHRM-CP or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years employee relations with at least 3 years focused on investigations.
• Knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and Workers’ Comp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent HR investigations and reach conclusions within timeframes.
• Prepare clear investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Participate in meetings to review findings and discuss resolutions.
• Collaborate to implement resolutions and draft related memos or policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
• Identify trends and provide insights to executive leadership to improve culture and reduce risk.
