Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is seeking an experienced HR Investigator to conduct independent investigations and deliver clear reports on complex employee relations concerns.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, draft policies and ensure follow-up while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role requires 8-10+ years in employee relations with a focus on investigations, along with SHRM-CP or equivalent certification and a Bachelor's degree.

Formación

• 8-10+ years employee relations experience with at least 3 years focusing on workplace investigations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA and workers' compensation.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills across all management levels.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct independent HR investigations of varying complexity to fact-find, conclude, and mitigate risk.
• Prepare concise investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Review findings in stakeholder meetings and debate resolutions.
• Collaborate to implement resolutions and follow-up, including drafting policies and memos.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the investigative process.
• Identify trends and provide insights to executive leadership to improve culture and reduce risk.
