Job summary

Confidential is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations to lead a high-volume investigations pipeline and drive leader development. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will be a trusted partner on critical employment matters and key management training.

You will manage a fast-moving queue of workplace investigations, develop comprehensive reports, report trends, and deliver large-audience trainings with advanced PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in Employee Relations and workplace investigations.
• Ability to conduct high-volume, complex investigations with detailed reporting.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload efficiently while providing written reports.
• Experience advising senior HR leadership and presenting training to large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume investigations queue across a multi-regional org.
• Develop detailed investigation reports documenting timelines and evidence.
• Report on trends and outcomes with Head of HR; escalate critical matters.
• Deliver manager trainings using PowerPoint for high impact sessions.
• Partner with management and legal to resolve conflicts and ensure policy compliance.
