Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Employee Relations & Ethics Administrator to evaluate compliance, assess risk, and lead confidential investigations to protect assets and culture.

You will review ethics hotline cases, conduct audits, interview witnesses, and partner with HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and outside counsel. Travel up to 50%.

Requirements include 5+ years in auditing or investigations, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Spanish; remote schedule with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or HR compliance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and interviewing skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Review ethics hotline cases and develop investigation plans.
• Lead confidential investigations into fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, misconduct, and policies.
• Collect, document, and analyze evidence; interview witnesses and subjects.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit and outside counsel on sensitive matters.
• Analyze investigation data to identify trends and mitigate risks; suggest policy changes.
• Plan and perform audits to verify compliance with internal policies and laws.
• Draft comprehensive reports for senior management outlining findings and recommendations.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives to reinforce ethics standards.
