Vast seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to support the Staff Employee Relations Manager in building fair, compliant, and inclusive workplace practices. You will handle investigations, policy administration, and reporting while collaborating with Legal, People Partners, and managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, HR, or related field.
• Working knowledge of federal and California employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA/CFRA, FLSA).
• Experience handling confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager of Employee Relations in managing matters from intake to resolution.
• Conduct and support workplace investigations including interviews and documentation.
• Assist with complex investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
• Prepare case summaries and timelines for review by leadership.
• Maintain confidential case files and support development of corrective actions.
• Track outcomes and escalate high-risk or legally sensitive matters.
