Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Workplace Investigation Specialist for a large technology company. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end inquiries into misconduct, harassment, and discrimination, interviewing parties and analyzing evidence.

You will ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, prepare detailed investigation reports for HR leadership and legal counsel, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across the Washington

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in employee relations or workplace investigations across multiple states
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and investigative best practices
