Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Workplace Investigation Specialist to join a large technology company. You will lead end-to-end investigations, interview involved parties, analyze evidence, and document findings while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

You will also help develop manager training and monitor trends to prevent future issues. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business and 3+ years in related roles are required, with Workday HRMS knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations within a multi-state organization.
• Proficiency in Workday HRMS and knowledge of employment law compliance.
• Experience leading investigations into policy violations, misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.
