Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Director, Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex investigations into workplace conduct, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and Code of Conduct violations. The role requires signaling strong investigative judgment, risk assessment, and excellent communication to partner across HR, Employment Law, and business leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. or employment law experience strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, employment law, HR, or related fields.
• Experience handling complex investigations in a large, matrixed organization.
• Significant experience conducting complex workplace investigations including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead timely, thorough investigations of employee relations concerns and policy/Code of Conduct issues.
• Develop investigation plans, identify witnesses, conduct interviews, assess information, determine next steps.
• Prepare clear case documentation including interview notes, findings, and recommendations.
• Exercise sound judgment in risk assessment and escalation needs, in consultation with HR and Employment Law.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with confidentiality, timeliness, and consistency.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Employment Law, and business leaders to address issues and outcomes.
• Analyze data and trends to identify themes and opportunities for improvements.
