• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience with employee relations investigations, or 9+ years of experience with employee relations investigations in lieu of a degree
• Experience handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
• Knowledge of employment law principles and workplace compliance policies
• Ability to write clear, objective, and defensible reports or summaries based on factual evidence

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and violations of company policy.
• Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses while ensuring procedural fairness and neutrality.
• Analyze data, communications, documents, and relevant evidence to develop a comprehensive understanding of events.
• Draft clear, accurate, and well-reasoned investigation summaries and findings.
• Ensure all investigations are advanced promptly through the full investigation lifecycle in alignment with service level agreements.
• Identify and escalate high-risk issues with potential legal, compliance, or reputational implications.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR to ensure proper resolution, documentation, and consistency in approach.
• Maintain detailed records and case files in accordance with documentation standards.
• Provide consultation to HR and leadership on investigation process, policy interpretation, and next steps while maintaining confidentiality
