The role supervises HR staff and partners with operational leadership to ensure compliant employment practices, develop resources, and maintain thorough case management workflows for timely resolution.

The position emphasizes proactive risk management, training, and multi-state HR support.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of employee relations practices and employment laws.
• Strong judgment, risk assessment, interviewing, and written communication.
• Experience supervising HR professionals and influencing leaders.
• Multi-state, field-based or hourly workforce experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee timely, objective workplace investigations.
• Review disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans for consistency.
• Coach leadership on performance management and policy application.
• Develop training resources and standardized case workflows.
• Maintain confidential case records and ensure timely resolution.
