Job summary

Person Centered Services is hiring a Manager of Employee Relations to lead investigations, guidance on HR policies, and performance management across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring compliant, fair handling of employee matters and partnering with leaders to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Responsibilities include advising managers, overseeing investigations, coaching HR partners, and developing standardized HR tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, in HR or related field.
• At least five years of HR management experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Experience in conducting or overseeing investigations and performance management processes.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and investigations, advising leaders on HR policies and performance issues.
• Supervise HR Business Partners, coaching team members.
• Oversee investigations, review plans, findings and recommendations for actions.
• Prepare investigation reports and support disciplinary actions when needed.
• Provide guidance on employment law and policy compliance to managers.
• Develop standardized tools and processes for consistent HR practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and drive HR initiatives.
