Flagger Force in the United States is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to review, process, and coordinate disciplinary requests submitted by Field Leadership. You will verify policy requirements, prepare corrective action materials, and maintain confidential case records while ensuring timely follow-up.

Working with the Employee Relations Manager, you will handle performance, attendance, conduct, and other workplace concerns with fairness and documentation, escalat ing complex matters as

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred; experience may be considered.
• Two to four years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations, corrective action, HR operations, or case management.
• Experience supporting an hourly, field-based, or multi-location workforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process disciplinary and intervention requests from Field Leadership.
• Assess information for completeness, accuracy, policy alignment, and prior history.
• Prepare and coordinate warnings, improvement plans, and coaching documentation.
• Advise on documentation expectations and follow-up; do not authorize high-risk actions.
• Track requests from intake to closure and follow up on deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Employee Relations Manager on terminations, suspensions, etc.
• Conduct initial fact-gathering and support investigations.
• Maintain confidential records in HR systems per procedures.
• Identify gaps and recommend coaching or process improvements.
• Communicate with employees and leaders about steps and status.
