Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field required; advanced degrees or compliance/investigations certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years in compliance, human resources, or legal investigations, focused on employee relations.
• Strong ability to analyze complex information and situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and conducting interviews.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Employee Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and workplace conflicts.
• Policy Development and Training: Assist in developing and updating workplace policies and procedures; provide training on compliance and ethics.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work with legal, HR, and management; report findings and propose improvements to senior leadership.
• Monitoring and Improvement: Track compliance initiatives and behavior to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
