AspireHR in Dallas is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead multi-project support on our Employee Central team. You will partner with clients to define requirements, configure modules, and ensure high‑quality delivery.

This role requires 3+ years as lead consultant on SF implementations, strong knowledge of XML/MDF, translations, and a client‑facing, English‑language skill set. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as lead consultant in SuccessFactors implementations.
• EC plus Onboarding, EC Time, or EC Benefits modules.
• Hands-on with data models, MDF, templates and XML.
• Experience in translations and language packs for template configuration.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements definition, business process improvement, QA and training.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules per client needs and ensure quality.
• Coordinate integrations between modules with team members.
• Document configurations and business processes clearly.
• Transfer knowledge to clients for ongoing maintenance and support.
• Stay current with SAP releases and maintain certification.
