Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting.
• 3+ years as Project/Large Workstream/Client Lead on SAP transformational project.
• 3+ years in Employee Central with EC Time (EC certification).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams and participate in key decisions while guiding performance.
• Engage deeply with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time subject matter expertise.
• Define requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management to adopt new processes and technologies.
