Job summary

AspireHR, a US-based SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors partner, seeks a Senior Consultant for Employee Central focusing on Benefits & Time. This fully remote role collaborates with clients across North America to implement HCXM solutions and optimize HR processes.

You will lead requirements, design workshops, configure SAP SuccessFactors, and mentor junior consultants while staying current with SAP releases. Excellent English and 3+ years implementing SuccessFactors are required.

Qualifications

• Employee Central plus certifications in Onboarding, EC Time, or EC Benefits.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience leading SuccessFactors implementations.
• Hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows.
• Expertise in translations and language packs for template configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition and process improvements across projects.
• Conduct design workshops and ensure high-quality system configurations.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate modules and transfer knowledge.
• Stay updated on SAP releases and maintain certification.
