Qualifications

• Self-funded experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience in managing large complex employee benefits accounts.
• Proven knowledge of fundamental benefit laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees client employee benefit experience and service standards.
• Directs and mentors Account Managers and junior staff.
• Develops client renewal strategy and ensures execution.
• Leads marketing efforts with the analytics team.
• Manages Open Enrollment timelines to meet client expectations.
