The role involves managing client relationships, strategic planning, and guiding the Client Experience Team in service deliverables. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and 3+ years of relevant experience in account management, ideally in a benefits administration setting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $140K to $170K plus bonuses.

Formación

• Must have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role required.
• Current Life and Health license is mandatory.
